Fiji
- Statute: Sections 175 and 177 (Declared
unconstitutional and unenforceable by Fiji High Court)
- Penalty: Fourteen and Five years
- Restrictions: Men only
Section 175: any person who has carnal knowledge against the order of
nature or permits a male to have the same, imprisonment of 14 years, with or
without corporal punishment;
Section 177: indecent practices between males whether in public or private:
imprisonment of 5 years.
