THE sex case in Nadi between two
men has attracted a lot of concern from countries such as Australia and New
Zealand which condone such immoral acts.
It appears that our penal code convicts offenders but the
Constitution does not condone sexual discrimination.
Fiji should not give in to outside pressure and continue
to embrace spiritual and moral values.
The prohibition of sodomy and other immoral acts should
be enacted clearly in the Constitution because they are referred to in the
Bible.
