Supreme Court Sodomy Decision Based on Junk Science

Summary: Dr. Judith Reisman, an expert on homosexuality and pornography
has charged that the U.S. Supreme Court based its Texas sodomy ruling on junk
science.
The recent U.S. Supreme Court decision overturning the sodomy laws in 14
states was based upon junk science, according to homosexuality and pornography
expert Dr. Judith Reisman. Writing in the August 19, 2003 online edition of
Human Events, she notes that Justice Anthony Kennedy’s majority opinion was
based upon “Öone sex ‘science’ resource as the Court’s primary
authority on sex and sodomy-namely, the bi-homosexual, sadomasochistic, proven
fraud, Prof. Alfred C. Kinsey.” Reisman notes that Kennedy also
“genuflected” to statements about sodomy in the American Law Institute’s
Model Penal Code of 1955. Yet these statements are also from Kinsey.
Dr. Reisman’s book, Kinsey: Crimes & Consequences documents
Kinsey’s fraudulent research and his impact on the criminal justice system
here in the U.S. and around the world.
Dr. Reisman says: “The Court needs to revisit this decision in the light
of new facts displacing our ignorance: the knowledge that a duplicitous sexual
deviant was the primary source used by the United States Supreme Court as
their ‘science’ authority in Lawrence
v. Texas.”
