A N A C T
RELATING TO SEXUAL EXPRESSION

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows
SECTION 1. Section 11-10-1 of Chapter 11-10 of the General Laws entitled "Crime
Against Nature" is hereby repealed in its entirety.
{DEL 11-10-1. Abominable and detestable crime against nature. -- DEL} {DEL Every person
who shall be convicted of the abominable and detestable crime against nature, either with
mankind or with any beast, shall be imprisoned not exceeding twenty (20) years nor less
than seven(7) years. DEL}
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
