No Contest Plea for Attempted Sodomy

Jeremy XXXXX, 23, Vassar, pleaded no contest to attempted sodomy between
December 2000 and November 2001 in Juniata Township.
The plea was taken under advisement by the court, which ordered a
pre-sentence investigation and continued bond at $10,000. Sentence is to be
scheduled.
