Arkansas to File Arguments in Support of Law

Arkansas (Little Rock)--The state will file arguments today in support of a law that
bans sodomy. Seven homosexuals filed a lawsuit Jan. 28 in Pulaski County Chancery Court
challenging the law that makes homosexual anal and oral sex illegal and carries maximum
penalties of one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
